Service & Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Pipeemail platform and services. By using Pipeemail, you agree to comply with this policy. Our goal is to maintain a high-quality, reliable, and secure email delivery network for all our customers.

1. Zero Tolerance for Spam

Pipeemail has a strict zero-tolerance policy against spam. You may only use our platform to send emails to individuals who have explicitly granted you permission (opt-in) to contact them. Purchasing, renting, or scraping email lists is strictly prohibited.

If we receive abuse complaints or spam traps are triggered by your campaigns, your account may be immediately suspended pending investigation.

2. Prohibited Content

You agree not to use Pipeemail to send, transmit, or host any content that:

Is illegal, fraudulent, or violates any local, national, or international law.
Involves phishing, malware, ransomware, or any malicious software.
Promotes illegal drugs, weapons, gambling, or adult/explicit content.
Infringes on the intellectual property rights, privacy, or copyrights of others.
Is defamatory, harassing, abusive, or promotes violence and discrimination.

3. Mandatory Email Requirements

Every commercial email sent through Pipeemail must contain:

A clear, working, and easily accessible "Unsubscribe" link that processes opt-outs immediately.
Your valid physical mailing address (e.g., 460/tda Chowk Azam layyah).
Accurate "From" and "Reply-To" email addresses indicating the true sender identity.

4. Deliverability and Fair Use

While Pipeemail provides the infrastructure for high deliverability, the success of your campaigns ultimately depends on your sender reputation and list quality. We reserve the right to throttle sending speeds or pause campaigns if we detect unusually high bounce rates or abuse complaints, as this protects the shared network reputation for all users.

5. Policy Enforcement
