2. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Payments

Service Delivery: As a digital service, access to Pipeemail is granted immediately upon successful payment verification.

Billing: Services are billed on a subscription basis ("Billing Cycle"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis depending on the type of subscription plan you select. All payments are securely processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe.

Payment Methods: By submitting your payment information, you authorize Stripe and Pipeemail to charge the applicable subscription fees to your designated card. If automatic billing fails, we reserve the right to suspend your account until payment is resolved.

3. User Accounts and Security

To use our services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to abide by our strict Anti-Spam and Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use our service to send unsolicited emails, distribute malware, or engage in any illegal or fraudulent activities. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account termination without a refund.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Layyah for the resolution of any disputes.
